Mage Arts:

Breath of Cooling: From Tohko's lips, a cool breath is let out. However, this power is more powerful, being able to knock down several masses of weight.

Flick of Wind: As she makes a flicking gesture with her fingers, a small amount of wind can be carried along with it, causing some damage. This power gets stronger as she practises.

Healing Arts [Cresent moon activated]:

Ice Relief: With ice, Tohko transmutes it, puts it on the wound, and it starts to heal. The transmuted liquid is of pain relief, gaining strength as she trains harder.

History/Story:

When she was first born, she had her mother's umbilical cord wrapped around her neck. Twice. She had a dying chance, and the doctors thought she couldn't survive another minute. But miraculously, she survived, leaving the doctors in awe. Until she was healthy enough to be taken home, she spent her childhood years, up to 11 years of age with her grandparents. Her parents were going out late at night, and acted as if Tohko did not exist. She doesn't remember her parents face, and when her grandparents died, she had no one to go to. Her parents were definately a no, and her relatives were all over the world, leaving Tohko by herself. She was adopted by a family who saw her as a servant more than a daughter. Her powers came into play as she was washing plates. She had them staked on top of each other, but then, as she sighed, she had blown all them away, leaving them all shattered.

Few years later, she found a letter, on the counter top. The envelope had been torn apart, and the letter inside was in bad shape as well. Her adoptive parents already got to it before she did. Looking in, it was an entrance welcome to Imperial Academy. Her guardians must've known about her special powers, and had taken their anger and frustration out on the letter. Tohko found this as a sign to get away. So from then on, Tohko had been staying at IA.

Role-Playing Sample:

Tohko's eyes flickered awake by the blinding lights of her cracked windows in her "humble home." Another day meant another wish. Another wish, meant from her "parents." She's suffered it all; fixing the roof, or doing an inhuman amount of wishes. Groaning, she reluctantly got up, pulled some clean clothes on, and went into the kitchen. She grabbed a waterbottle from the fridge, and entered back into her room. From underneath her bedsheets, she pulled out a crumpled letter, and fixed her eyes upon it for the millionth time. 'Only 6 more days..'
